“Vanessa’s Valley,
Too”
Three years after Vanessa Taylor stumbled upon the
Valley and it’s
hidden
secrets,
she is still the faithful confidence keeper; but guarding its
existence and the truth of her
real role in
life is very difficult at times.
While looking for a classic to satisfy a book
report for her English Literature class, Vanessa finds another
telling of the origin of the valley’s secret and, difficult going
as the reading may be, she is driven to read through it.
Mrs. Taylor is also watchful of what goes on; she
observes and she waits and she surmises. All the while
Vanessa becomes anxious with the way life is shaping up for Mr.
Harris. Vanessa is also suddenly awakened to the realization
that sometime (whether she wants to or not) she may be forced to
reveal the confidence placed with her. The only question remaining
is, to whom?

(Boston, Massachusetts) This is the second in the
series, “Vanessa’s Valley”.
The plot gets deeper, characters more defined and the story
is wonderful. A great
read for children and adults, too.
Both books make it difficult to wait for the third, Mr.
Story had created a reality contained fantasy that is sure to
capture your imagination, and your heart.
***** Delightful!,

Mr. Story’s second book is as wonderful
as the first. This
author continues to delight the reader with a fun and interesting
tale of mystery and fantasy.
I especially enjoy his writing style; creating a smooth
rhythm and even flow of words.
He manages to create a perfect picture of events without
describing everything to death.
I highly recommend this series to all young adults (and
older adults, too!)

J. Richards “11 Years Old” (Woburn, MA) George Story is an imaginative,
inspiring author that is able to keep a very even flow of words to
keep the reader's mind full of magnificent images of what is going
on in the book! Vanessa is also very lucky to have as good of a
mother as she does, able to trust her with one of the biggest, most
unexpected secrets ever! Although it's sad, the ending it very vivid
and creative! It really makes you think of how many people can
actually write a book
like this one! George Story is one of my favorite authors and I'm
sure I will love his books as long as I live!
